Salve Readers! Come state? oggi vengo a parlarvi di un libro che mi è piaciuto molto: "Morte di Mezza Estate" di Yukio Mishima.
Il libro è una raccolta di vari racconti dell'autore giapponese, oltre all'eccellenza tecnica dello scrittore conoscitore dell'animo umano, questo libro ci permette di gettare uno sguardo sul Giappone del secolo scoroso e sui valori dei suoi abitanti.
Hi Readers! How are you? Today I want to speak about a book that i really liked: "Dead in the Midsummer and other stories" by Yukio Mishima.
The book is a collection of various tales wrote by japanise author, beyond to technical excellence of the writer expert of human spirit, this book allows us to take a look at Japan of last century and the values of its inhabitants.
Non ho letto troppi autori nipponici, ho letto solo Murakami, Inoue e Yoshimoto; ma senza dubbio Mishima è quello che più mi ha affascinato.
I have not read too many Japanese authors, I only read Murakami, Inoue and Yoshimoto; but without a doubt Mishima is the one that fascinated me the most.
I suoi personaggi ben inquadrati, tridimensionali, con forza e debolezza; in genere questi appartengono al mondo per bene, persone bene stante, ufficiali, nobili ecc.
Le trame delle varie storie sono interessanti e avvincenti: il primo racconto del libro ci sconvolgerà e ci farà appassionare subito all'autore; troveremo un opera teatrale fantastica, un amore maledetto; la triste storia del monaco che si innamorò della concubina dell'imperatore; inoltre in questa raccolta troviamo il brano "patriottismo", un racconto che preannuncerà il suicidio dello scrittore, in crisi per la decadenza morale del suo popolo, è quello che forse mi è piaciuto di più.
I temi emergono abbastanza chiaramente: morte, onore, amore.
La narrazione in genere è in terza persona, ma non mancano le pungenti osservazioni dell'autore.
His characters are well framed, three-dimensional, with strength and weakness; generally these belong to the "good" world, wealthy people, officers, nobles etc.
The plots of various stories are interesting and compelling: the first story of the book will upset us and fascinate us immediately to the writer; we find an amazing play, an accursed love;the sad story of the monk who fell in love with the emperor's concubine; moreover, in this collection we find the song "patriotism", a story that will announce the suicide of the writer, in crisis due to the moral decadence of his people, is what I liked best.
Themes emerge quite clearly: death, honor, love.
The narrative is generally in the third person, but there are also the stinging observations of the author.
Perché leggerlo? Come vi dicevo prima perché ci consente di osservare il Giappone e le varie sfaccettature della sua società.
Ci sono racconti che vi terranno attaccati alle pagine per la durezza della semplicità della descrizione.
Se siete poi amanti della storia o della letteratura orientale non può mancare nel vostro background per la sua storia, spesso definito come il D'Annunzio italiano.
Why read this book? As I told you before because it allows us to observe Japan and the various facets of its society.
There are stories that will keep you attached to the pages for the hardness of the simplicity of the description.
If you are lovers of history or oriental literature mishima can not miss in your background for its history, often defined as the D'Annunzio Japanese.
Insomma, per questo e tanto altro mi sento di raccomandare vivamente questo autore.
